1.
Generating Transformation
|
|
Insight HR Consulting
Ltd is a leading UK provider of people solutions with a highly
experienced team of business psychologists, learning and
development consultants, human resource professionals and recruitment
specialists. |
The brief
To provide a
training session using creative thinking to focus on the
future direction and structure of the business.
The solution
Use a powerful structured drawing exercise to get the whole team thinking
creatively and generating lots of ideas.
|
 |
To then reflect more analytically on the outcome of the exercise and
extract key information on how to move forward with the ideas.
The results
The whole team worked together really well and came up with some new and
innovative ideas for the future of their business.
Here is a testimonial
from Paul Chudleigh, Director of Learning and Development:
"Anthony’s techniques, using music and visual arts, enabled us to
approach the day in an innovative and creative way.
The
exercise was particularly impressive in that
it engaged every member of the team and secured
contributions from normally quiet participants.
It was clear that Anthony’s approach enabled people to
see things from new perspectives and capture thoughts
that might not have emerged from more traditional
facilitated sessions.
Anthony himself, demonstrated a empathic, thoughtful and
focused approach. He ensured that the exercises were
aligned with our broader objectives for the day and
remained focused on generating valuable outcomes.
I
would thoroughly recommend Anthony to other
organisations who want to use fun, yet effective
techniques to engage people at all levels of the
organisation.”

2. Increasing Productivity
 |
Fabric Architecture
Ltd specialise in designing and building tensile fabric structures for
use in exterior and interior applications. Fabric canopies can be used
for covered walkways, shade structures or to provide beautiful interior
fabric ceilings. |
The brief
To provide a
training session using business modelling to help the
executive team reflect on ways to increase productivity
and to manage expansion and change.
The solution
Use a creative modelling exercise to get the whole team
using the right brain, thinking with clarity and
perspective about new ways of working together.
|
 |
Secondly, to reflect
logically on the outcome of the exercise and
extract key information on how to move forward with the ideas.
The results
The executive team enjoyed working with a structured and accessible
exercise where they could stand back from their day to day work and look
at the team as a whole.
Soon after the exercise, they put into effect the action points that
came from the day with the results being 'exponential'.
Here is more
information from Jason Smith, Director of Staff Development & Training:
“Anthony recently led a
tactile modelling session with our Executive Management Team. The
process was fun, creative and powerful and everyone really got into it.
He created the stage
for our team to discuss things in a safe environment
(even the shy ones spoke up). During the session, we
were able to look at some key issues and concerns from a
completely different perspective and as a result we
created a new department in the organization and hired
another member of staff. The ripple effect of the
session has been exponential.
Anthony brings a
powerful set of distinctions and a wealth of information
all of which allow brainstorming and creative thinking
to happen at a faster and deeper level encompassing all
learning modalities.”

3. Staff
Development
 |
Michael Baker runs The Training and Business Consultancy Ltd
based in Cardiff. He has an excellent reputation and his company is
highly successful having recently been listed as one of Wales' Hot 100
fastest growing companies.
Michael
wanted to use a Mind Potential
creativity
session
to clarify the next phase of his business development
plans. |
In
particular he wanted to focus on leasing new premises and employing
other staff. After the consultation and subsequent reflection time,
Michael was clear about the direction in which he wanted his business to
go. He comments about the experience:
“I found the whole experience very useful, and enjoyable…..it helped get
my thoughts clear about what I want to do. The actual session was great,
very relaxing, helped greatly by Anthony’s very relaxing and reassuring
style….he helped me to expand on the experience and draw clear links to
my particular situation.
The interesting thing about the whole session is how it keeps coming
back! On a number of occasions since the session, I find myself
recreating the images in my head and thinking about what they mean. For
me this is the really powerful bit: it means that the experience has
stayed with me.
|
 |
And of course I believe I have made the right decision about the future
of my business. I had spent weeks playing over in my head what the
options were and how I felt about them. One short session with Anthony
and I feel a whole lot clearer.”
