Why?
Keep staff stress-free, thinking clearly and focussed on the

I offer a
suite of practical techniques that improve clarity of
thought, minimise the effects of tension, and empower staff
to quickly and effectively manage their own levels of
work-related stress.

> What kind of techniques do you use?
Simple, effective and easy to learn
exercises that do what they are designed for.
To give an example, I often teach people a
breathing technique that is guaranteed to lower your heart rate,
stabilise your breathing pattern and clear your thoughts. It also
reduces tension in the neck and shoulders and gets you back on track,
focussed and in balance.
And you can achieve these benefits in as
little as 2 - 5 minutes.

> Can I do
these at my desk?
Yes.
What is more, with many of the exercises no-one even need
know you are doing them.
For those
interested, there is another level of training available for
long-term well-being and helping establish a healthy and positive
work / life balance.
These deeper exercises are best done at
home after work and take you into a deeper level of
relaxation and rejuvenation ready for the evening ahead. |

> How else can you increase productivity?
Once staff have learned some basic steps in keeping themselves free
of stress and tension, there are a number of ways forward for further
productivity training.
This will very much depend on the situation and I take pride in the fact
that every Mind Potential training course is individually tailored to
your specific needs. Further training may involve
visualisation exercises, goal setting, problem solving or creative
thinking.
As you develop your mind, your develop
your potential to think. Improve the instrument and the results will
speak for themselves!
